In Peshawar, the provincial capital, 175 children lost their lives in one month.
According to reports, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has failed to control the common disease of pneumonia. 175 children have died of pneumonia in three major hospitals of Peshawar within a month.
According to reports, 153 children died of pneumonia in Khyber Teaching Hospital, 12 in Lady Reading and 10 children died in Hayatabad Medical Complex. According to the spokesperson, only 447 children affected by pneumonia have been brought to Khyber Teaching Hospital and are undergoing treatment.
